Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishable goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider)

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return cost.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
